Reminditz is an online service. Nothing is shipped physically.
What you receive, and when
Account access: immediately on signing in with your email and one-time code.
Plan activation: within minutes of a successful Razorpay payment; the credit allowance appears in Settings → Plan.
Reminders, wishes, promotions and invitations: sent to your customers on WhatsApp at the times you set or switch on, checked every few minutes. Delivery depends on the customer’s number being on WhatsApp; failed deliveries are shown on the customer's page so you can act.
Invoices: emailed on every payment, GST-compliant.
If a payment succeeded but your plan is not active within an hour, write to reminditz@grandfieldmedia.com with the Razorpay payment id.
