Cancellation

No contract, no notice period. Cancel from Settings → Plan in one click, or email us.

What happens

• Your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for; nothing further is charged.
• Reminders and wishes already switched on continue until then, unless you turn them off.
• After the period ends, the account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, see every customer and conversation, and export your customer list for 90 days.
• After 90 days the account and its data — customers, services, conversations, promotion and invitation pictures — are deleted permanently.

Your customers

No customer is messaged after the account ends. Customers who replied STOP stay opted out even if you return later.
